All State Trading Enterprises/State/Central Agencies/Govt. Departments are hereby informed through this notice that we had entered into an agreement with M/s SEAS International, New Delhi, on dated 16.05.2008 for Legal Processing Outsourcing. The said agreement has since been terminated on 11.11.2008.  Nobody should negotiate/deal with the said firm viz. SEAS International Services Pvt. Limited on and behalf of NCCF. If any one deal so with the aforesaid party, shall be doing at their own risk & costs and consequences and NCCF shall have no liability (legal/financial or if any) for the same. This notice comes into force w.e.f. 11.11.2008.
