NCCF, the apex body of Consumer Cooperatives in the Country, under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs , Govt. of India, proposes to undertake development of Retailing Infrastructure in Metropolitan /Urban/ Semi Urban centers in the Country, in joint venture /PPP format. Such infrastructure would cover Large Format Consumer Stores and supporting common user infrastructure like warehousing, cold stores, transportation etc.
NCCF invites EOI from large corporate bodies, in the private sector, with proven expertise and expertise in related fields, who are interested in undertaking development and operation of specific projects in the sector, in joint venture with NCCF or in the PPP format.
Interested parties, with relevant experience and expertise in the area, with annual turnover exceeding Rs100 cr. and Net Worth exceeding Rs.50 cr. may submit their EOI, with following details, on or before 16.05.08*, to General Manager (Mktg).
i) Business profile
ii) Expertise and experience in the area.
iii) Financial Strength (latest Audited Annual Report)
iv) Approach and methodology for Development of Retailing Infrastructure in Metropolitan /Urban/ Semi Urban centers in the Country
v) Specific projects and scale of investments
The EOI should be submitted
i) in a sealed cover, clearly marked as ‘EOI for Retail Infrastructure’,
ii) along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 5,000/- drawn in favour of ‘National Cooperative Consumers’ Federation of India Ltd.’, as non refundable application fee.
The applicants may be required to make detailed presentations to NCCF and after short listing, may be invited to submit commercial offers, for final selection.
NCCF reserves the right to accept / reject / postpone /split /cancel the offer as a whole or in part, without assigning any reason there for.
