NCCF intends to procure the following items for onward supply to State Government Department based at Nashik, on tie-up arrangement. Tenderers would quote his rates on this Tender Form only.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SUPPLY OF ABOVE ITEMS ARE GIVEN BELOW IN BRIEF :-
* Required items are to be delivered at the designated placed in the State of Maharashtra.
* Delivery of the stocks will have to be effected as per Supply Order.
* Rates for the above items to be quoted for per Quintal / Unit / Liter / KG. which will include transportation, loading, insurance, unloading, octoroi, levies, taxes and any other incidentals and it will be binding on the successful tenderer to supply the stocks as per the order given by NCCF within the given period and rate/s as approved by the committee from time to time. Rates will have to be quoted for fully quantity.
* If needed, lowest bidder has to attend the negotiation meeting with B.M. NCCF, Mumbai.
* As the supplies are to be effected under tie-up arrangement, the service charges to be provided by the suppliers to NCCF are to be indicated for all the items as stated in Page No. 1 and 2 of this Tender Form.
*The offers from the suppliers should accompany DD / Pay Order for an amount of Rs. 2.00 Lacs in favour NCCF (I) Limited, Mumbai, payable at Mumbai as E.M.D. In case suppliers refuses to accept the offers, in the event, the E.M.D. will be forfieted.
* Successful Tendereres will have to provide DD for the amount equivalent to 2% of the value of the supply order.
* Items for which the Tender is being made, the samples should accompany the Tender in a sealed polythene bags (two sets of samples) for each items.
* Payment for the delivered stock will be made to the suppliers upon submission of Receipts of delivery challans from concerned Godwon Keepers and subsequent realization of payment from the State Government.
* The suppliers will be entirely responsible for the quantity of stocks delivered at destination. In case of rejection, replacement of fresh stocks will have to be made by the suppliers at their cost.
* In case of any complaint from the receivers, non supply of stock timely, supplier shall be liable for the consequences.
SUBMISSION OF TENDER : Tenderers should submit Tender in the office of NCCF of India Ltd., 65-68 Shree Sitaram Mills Compound, N.M. Joshi Marg, Chinchpokali, Mumbai – 400 011, on or before 29-11-2008 by 12.00pm sharp. Tenders received after that time will not be accepted. Tender should be submitted in two separate envelopes i.e. Envelop No. 1 should be marked as Technical Bid and should contain the following documents :
1.Registration Certificate (Shop & Establishment Certificate)
2.Latest Sales Tax Clearance Certificate .
3 Experience certificate in the trade for past 3 years.
4. Demand Draft in favour of NCCF of India Ltd., payable at Mumbai for an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards cost of Tender Form (non refundable).
5. Demand Draft in favour of NCCF of India Ltd., payable at Mumbai for an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Only) as E.M.D.
Envelop No. 2 will contain only tender form marked as (Commercial Bid) . Tenderer should submit the rates on the Tender form itself and submit it in Envelop No. 2.
Envelope No. (1) will be opened first on 28-11-2008 at 5.00pm in the office of NCCF in the presence of Tenderers. The Tenders which are not in conformity with the Terms and Conditions of the Technical Bid, will be rejected and Envelope No. 2 of those rejected tenders will not be opened.
GENERAL
NCCF reserves the right to reject or accept any offer without assigning any reason. The decision of the Branch Manager, NCCF, Mumbai will be final.
The successful Tenderer will have to enter into agreement with NCCF on the terms and conditions, as may be specified by NCCF and such terms and conditions, as specified and mutually agreed shall be binding on both the parties, till the completion of supplies undertaken.
Tender Form can be downloaded from our website Cost of Rs.500/- will be payable in form of Demand Draft in favour of “NCCF of India Ltd.” payable at Mumbai along with Tender Form.
In the event of any dispute arising out of above, the Managing Director of NCCF or his constituted attorney shall be the Sole arbitrator and such arbitration proceedings shall be as per the Arbitration Act. and the same shall be held at Mumbai only and the decision taken by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding.
