Expression of Interest (EOI) for empanelment of firms

for handling coal business of NCCF, Mohali.

NCCF, Mohali/Panchkula branch invites an Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed firms/suppliers/importers dealing in coal latest by 28 July, 2009 for empanelment. The panel would be valid for 1 year initially. The criteria for empanelment would be:  

1. should have at least three years for handling coal business.
2. should have atleast  25 crore of solvency.
3. Experience of dealing 3 Lakhs MTs. Of coal.
4. The applicant should be registered with the Sales Tax/Income Tax authority and have a valid TIN/Pan numbers.
5. The applicant should submit latest three years audited balance sheet.
6. Interested applicant will deposit Rs.5,000/- (Five thousand only)Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of NCCF of India Limited(non refundable) as an application fee.

NCCF reserves the right to accept/reject any offer without assigning any reason whatsoever.
