            NCCF as an authorized agency of Govt. of India has secured order for 4800 MTs of Black Matpe SQ from M/s. Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Chennai which are to be delivered during Jan.’10.

            In order to get the stocks cleared from the Port at Chennai and to deliver the same at various godowns of Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., Chennai, we invite competitive offers for clearing and forwarding operations.  While showing the break up of expenses, please ensure that the C&F agencies should obtain clear Acknowledgement, Quality Certificates etc. for the stocks delivered to the various godowns in Chennai City of TNCSC Ltd. and also to assist NCCF in realization of payment from TNCSC Ltd., Chennai on submission of the NCCF bill to TNCSC.
