EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

NCCF intends to supply 75,000 MTs. Of Imported coal to Power Generation Corporation on back to back arrangements. Interested parties having the following qualifications may apply with the following papers: 

 1.         The supplier must have experience/supplied two lakh MTs. Of Imported Coal to Government Department during last three years or the supplier must supplied three Lakh MTs of imported coal to Govt./Public Sector Undertakings during 2008-09. 

2.         The supplier must submit Rs. 1,05,00,000/- as EMD (42,00,000/- in the shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of NCCF payable at Union Bank of India, Ramkot Branch, Tilak Road, Hyderabad and the balance in the shape of Bank guarantee). Further 5% of the value to be paid in the shape of BG.  

3.         The supply rate is Rs. 5,555/- per MT FOR Delivery anywhere in A.P. Via Vizag port/Any other port. The specifications and other Terms and Conditions can be had on the above address. 

 4.         The supplier should inform the Maximum discount offered to NCCF on the above price. 

 5.         Offer should be alongwith three years audited Balance Sheet and Latest VAT returns and last three years Income Tax returns and also proof of experience in supply of Imported Coal.
