Expression of Interest

NCCF intends to Procure Medicines on credit for onward supply to Agencies/Government Departments in the form of Medicine Kits. Payments will be made on receipt of the same from the Govt. Departments.

The required medicines are

1.       Paracetomol Tab – 500 mg (Blister pack) (10x50 Tab)

2.       Paracetomal Syurp – 60 ml Bottle,

3.       Mebendazole Tab – 100 mg (Blister Pack) 100 Tab

4.       Benzyl Bezoate Solution application – 500 ml

5.        Chlorolphenicol Applicaps 1%

6.       Providone Iodine solution 5% W/v – 500ml (01 Bot.)

7.       Gentamycin Eye/Ear drops -5 ml vial

8.       Absorbent Cotton – 500 gm.

9.       Roller bandage – (10cm x 4mtrs) 

A.     The supplier must be in the latest rate contract list of APHMHIDC (2009-10) for the particulars Medicine and having turnover more than One Crore during the last two years. The supplier must have supplied the Medicine to APHMHIDC during the last year or current year (order copies must be enclosed).

 B.     The supplier must supply the medicines as per the rates under rate contract with APHMHIDC.

 C.     The supplier should inform the Maximum discount offered to NCCF on the above prices. 

D.     Offer should be along with last two years audited Balance sheet and latest VAT returns and last Two years Income Tax returns and also proof of Experience in supply of particular medicine offered . 

E.      Selected parties should register with NCCF by submitting the application and registration fees of Rs. 25,000/-. OFFER SHOULD REACH ON THE ABOVE ADDRESS with in Seven Days from the date of advertisement on our Web-Site.
